インプラントの相談

患者様が知りたい情報と思われますので、掲載します。


> 質問(1)　インプラントの治療費について

> 手術費用(基本料金) 210000円
> とありますが、これは、部位の位置ごとに発生するものと
> 考えてよろしいでしょうか？

> 例えば、上下顎の2箇所（もしくは左右の顎2箇所）であったら、
> 2箇所の部位ですので、210000円　×2 = 410000 円
> に、プラス本数分という計算になるのでしょうか？

上下でしたら、基本料金が、２６２５００円でプラス１本につき５２５００円という料金になります。ただし、同時に手術をする場合で、もし上下別々なら基本料金は２１００００円＊２となります。

> 質問(2)　インプラントの諸費用について
>
> Q 2-1: 治療の際レントゲン代は、別途必要になるのでしょうか？
> Q 2-2: 治療途中の仮歯の作成も治療費に入っているのでしょうか？

インプラントのためのみのレントゲンは自費でいただきます。
その際は、保険治療費に準じていただきます。
仮歯の料金は、インプラント料金に入っています。



> 質問(3) 手術室について

> インプラントの手術室は専用のものがあるのでしょうか？
> 通常の治療台で行うのでしょうか？

専用の手術室はありません。
ただし、滅菌は手術に適応する範囲で行いますので、心配要りません。


> 質問(4) インプラントご担当医の治療は何例ぐらいでしょうか？
> 　　　　（月平均のインプラントの治療は多いのでしょうか）

当院では、インプラントも含めた総合的な診療をしています。
そのため、インプラント専門医ほどはインプラントをしていません。
本数は数えたことはありませんが、400本以上はしているでしょう。
もちろん、１本も問題のあったことはありません。
ちなみに今月は、２ケースです。


> 質問(5) セカンド・オピニオンについて
>
> 他医院で治療中でも、治療の相談や転院は可能でしょうか？
>
治療中なら、その先生と相性が会えばそのまま続けたほうが良いのでないでしょうか。

もし、転院前提であれば、相談はかまいません。
セカンドオピニオンに関してですが、相談はお受けできますが、信頼できる医師であれば問題ないと思います。
どんな医療についてもいろいろ意見や主張があり、それぞれの医師がベストを尽くしてると思います。


メール相談も受け付けています。
ただし、個々の内容に関しては、御来院の上、ご相談ください。

本当に問題のある患者さんはいないのでしょうか？
インプラントが可能でない患者にたいして手術を行っておなかったので問題が発生していないのではないでしょうか。
インプラントを成功する患者だけを選別されていませんか？

なおみさんのコメントに気づかず失礼しました。
なおみさんは、優秀な衛生士のようですね。
ブログも見さしてもらっています。
治療は、患者様が希望をし、そしてこちらが成功する確率が高い場合に限って、診療しています。
特にインプラントの希望する患者様は、基本的には疾患ではありません。
そのため、失敗するかもしれないケースにまで適応を広げるべきではないと考えています。
そのため、もちろん成功するであろうケースでのみ治療をしています。
結果、臆病な診療かもしれませんが、その方が、患者様に満足していただける診療ではないでしょうか。
